Founded by Jonny Stannard—whose own journey from addiction and self-doubt to transformation is as raw as it is inspiring—Man Rebuilt is more than a coaching program. It’s a brotherhood.

After 18 years as a personal trainer, Jonny realized that fitness alone wasn’t enough. Deep change happens at the root: in the mind, the emotions, and in community. That’s what Man Rebuilt is all about.

My story

Since I was a young boy I have always been fascinated by different methods and ways to improve our lives.

Growing up in the most unhealthy environment, living in pubs and starting a relationship with alcohol at 13, I did not have a strong start on my journey of health and vitality!

For as long as I can remember, I’d have frequent ‘dark’ moments and moods. I was always thinking that there was something wrong with me and that there had to be a better way to experience life.

I grew up with a big desire to be seen, loved and to belong. I’d do anything to try and stand out or fit in.

This meant for a large part of my life I seem to battle with 2 versions of myself.

One that wanted to be strong, confident, vibrant and ego after what he wanted in life.

And another version, that just wanted to party, drink away the emotional pain, or take drugs to fit in and escape from reality.

Having low confidence as a kid, from having severe acne and other events, led me to pursue health and fitness. Building a bigger and stronger body did indeed help my confidence and self-esteem on one level.

But the insecurities and limiting beliefs were still running deep in me.

My love for health and fitness helped me turn it into a career as a personal trainer, which as lasted 18 years! As a coach I realized that even though people would lose weight, build muscle and get fit, they’d still have deeper issues that were holding them back from inner peace and happiness.

This realization caused me to go on a deeper journey, studying spirituality, mindset, breath work, plant medicine and other healing modalities.

The real turning part for myself was working with the Mind Architect, Peter Crone.

He provided the wisdom and space for me to have a completely different perspective of me and the life I experienced. 4 years ago I started a new chapter in my life. Saying goodbye to alcohol and drugs.

Alcohol had been a big player in my life, and when I gave it up, it was almost like a part of me died. I lost friendships and lost my identity for a while. But the sober years taught me more about myself than any plant medicine, meditation or breathwork technique.

It’s been a long journey to discover wisdom, self-acceptance and peace. Now I help other Men break away from the mental prisons that hold them back in all areas of their life.

Man Rebuilt was born in March 2024.
