I grew up in pubs. Started drinking at 13. Spent years trying to escape, fit in, stand out, and feel like I belonged.
For a long time I battled with two versions of myself. One that wanted to be strong, disciplined, clear and confident. Another that wanted to numb things out with drink, drugs and distraction.
Health and fitness gave me confidence on one level. But the deeper insecurity was still there.
I became a personal trainer and spent 18 years coaching people. What I kept seeing was this: men could lose weight, build muscle and still be carrying the same deeper issues underneath.
That sent me deeper into mindset, spirituality, breathwork and healing work. The biggest turning point for me was working with Peter Crone and changing the way I saw myself and my life.
